Academic Funding at the University of Texas: an essay in 4 photos

Note: to be fair to the University of Texas, Homer Rainey Hall also includes a largish room on the second floor, taped to the door of which is a sheet of paper proclaiming “Center for Middle Eastern Studies.” (Ed.)

  1. When I was at U.T., back in the way back, that business school building had the nicest bathroom ever on the fourth floor. It was all marble, mirrors, and had huge, one-way glass windows opposite the stalls. You could sit in a stall with the door open, and look out across the whole campus while you did your business.
